I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I am also a wife and a loving mother of two children. I have 20 years of corporate professional experience in both the consumer and health/beauty industries. I launched True Life Nutritional Health Coaching to fulfill my passion of working with women and men to improve their overall health and family life. My programs are uniquely designed to help clients discover the food and lifestyle choices that best supports them individually. My energy, warm spirit, attention to detail and commitment to serve have allowed my clients to see beyond their limitations and make gradual, lifelong changes that enable them to reach their current and future health goals. I received my health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. I serve as a volunteer at my local church and community food bank, and attend conferences and participate in workshops on health and nutrition.
