There's nothing worse than doing the same workout day-in, and day-out, with no end in sight. Even if you're in the midst of a bout of intense training, you need to occasionally switch things up to add some spice to your workout life!

During this Virtual Event, I’ll be offering advice on how to make the most out of your home workout without any fancy equipment, complicated machines, or even traditional weights. You'll be surprised how a new workout can rejuvenate your excitement for staying healthy and fit!

Meet Coach Helen!

I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I am also a wife and loving mother of two children. I have over 20 years of corporate professional experience in both the consumer and health/beauty industries. I launched True Life Nutritional Health Coaching to fulfill my passion of working with women and men to improve their overall health and family life. My programs are uniquely designed to help clients discover the food and healthy lifestyle choices that best supports them individually. My energy, warm spirit, attention to detail and commitment to serve have allowed my clients to see beyond their limitations and make gradual, lifelong changes that enable them to reach their current and future health goals. I received my health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development. My Certification in Group Fitness Instruction is through the Athletics & Fitness Association of America. I also serve as a volunteer at my local church, community food bank, and attend conferences and participate in workshops on health, nutrition and fitness. My goal for Zoom Get Creative With Your Fitness is to help participants realize that getting more movement into their routine isn’t as intimidating as they might think. During our time together on Friday, March 13th at 7:00 pm EDT, I’ll be sharing strategies for building strength that is both effective and fun.
